The recharging process simply consists of plugging the battery into the supplied charger.  (Works off of any 110VAC outlet).  Fast charge feature:  80% in 4 hours and full charge in approximately 8 hours.

The batteries are rechargeable Nickel Metal Hydride (NiMH) with an average life of 50 hours of continuous use before recharging is required. Extra batteries and chargers are available if needed.
